Janitorial Services for Various Buildings. The City of Wichita is seeking proposals from firm(s) for goods and/or services for the Public Works & Utilities Department. The goal of obtaining goods and/or services is to solicit qualified firms to provide Various Janitorial Services for selected City facilities per the requirements herein. Proposers shall not contact City employees, department heads, using agencies, evaluation committee members or elected officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation. Questions, clarifications, and concerns shall be submitted to the Purchasing Office in writing. Failure to comply with these guidelines may disqualify the Proposer's response. E/DBE Participation (5%). Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance of the conditions contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and an agreement to negotiate a contract for services. The City reserves the right to make an award on the basis of greatest benefit to the City and is not obligated to select the lowest cost option.
