Description: Delivery of aggregate: 1000 Tons of Wall Rock & 600 tons R6-R8 (clean with minimal fines). The wall rock may be limestone or hard sandstone of pieces ideally 7-8 feet long, 3-5 feet wide and 2-3 feet thick. Duration: Upon Award through 6/30/24 Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Kevin Wenner, Wildlife Management Supervisor at 570-675-1143 or 570-406-4987. As further guarantee of faithful performance of the conditions set forth in this Contract, the successful bidder hereby agrees to furnish the Commission with Cashiers or Treasurers Check, payable to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, as bond in the amount of $5,000.00. Acceptable forms of bond are Cashiers or Treasurers Check, Letters of Credit, Bonds from Security Companies, or Certificates of Deposit The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth
