Reference number: 20114001 The Pointe-de-l'Île School Service Centre is issuing a call for tenders for work to replace the ventilation systems at Le Carignan School. The Contractor may commence work on the construction site on 29 June 2026. The start date for the works is 29 June 2026. The date of taking possession before the end of the works (anticipated) for this project is set at 14 August 2026. The date of provisional acceptance of the works is 18 September 2026. This date marks the end of the works. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than 9 October 2026, i.e. 21 days after the date of acceptance of the works with reservations. PHASE 1.2 schedule The Contractor may mobilize on the worksite as of 28 June 2027. The start date for the work is 28 June 2027. The date of taking possession before the end of the work (anticipated) for this project is set for 18 August 2027. The date of acceptance with reservation of the work is 22 September 2027. This date marks the end of the work. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than 13 October 2027, i.e. 21 days after the date of acceptance of the work with reservations. Unconditional acceptance of the work is scheduled for 13 December 2027, i.e. sixty (60) days after the end of the deficiency correction period. Although attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. No one may claim to be unaware of the conditions in place at the time the work is carried out. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
