Q&A Cutoff Date: 02/21/2024 5:00 PM Eastern Time 1.The University of Tennessee Martin is requesting bids for Custodial Services and Warehouse Custodial Supplies per the attached listing. 4.Term: a. The term of the agreement resulting from this solicitation will be from 4/1/2024 to 3/31/2029. b. There will be no renewals for this solicitation. 5.The University intends to award this solicitation to two (2) respondents, unless the University deems it to be in its best interest to award to fewer, or more, respondents. The University retains sole discretion over this decision. The University may cancel this solicitation at any time for any reason. The University's decision to cancel the solicitation is within the University's sole discretion. 6.Any organization (third-party entity) may purchase under this agreement, including other universities, local government agencies, and state-government agencies (located in any state within the United States). The third-party entity may negotiate its own terms with the supplier. No Pre-Bid Conference or Site Visit: The University will not hold a pre-bid conference/site visit for this solicitation.
