Site work for a civil project in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is generally described as the improvements to the water treatment plant's process mechanical systems, and associated work. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of either a cashier's check, certified check, or a Bid Bond as specified in the General Provisions. Estimate: $ 2,046,135. If the amount of the contract, including OWNER - accepted alternates and allowances, if any, is greater than $50,000, Performance and Payment Bonds in 100% of the Contract amount are mandatory and shall be provided by the bidder receiving the award. If the Contract amount is less than $50,000, the bidder receiving the award may elect not to provide Performance and Payment Bonds.
