The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as: The parking garage structure is a 4-storey split-level parking garage with one level of below grade parking. The garage utilizes a repeating rectangular footprint measuring approximately 67m in the east-west direction and 32m in the north/south direction. The footprint of the parking garage is 1,956m2 (21,000 sq ft) totaling 9,780 m2 (105,270 sq ft) across all 5 parking levels (L0, L1, L2, L3, and L4). The project generally consists of localized precast double tee concrete, normally reinforced concrete, joint sealant, and waterproofing repairs/replacement of the entire precast parking garage structure located at 300 Church Street in Oakville Ontario. Additionally, the scope of work includes waterproofing repairs to the elevator pit, localized elevator steel recoating, and elevator door operator replacement.
