PLEASE NOTE: The estimated value listed for this project is for searchability purposes only and does not reflect the actual construction budget as determined by the owner. It should not be used for estimation purposes at this time. The Project includes the following Work: Sixteen New Tennis courts and associated equipment; Twenty-one Pickleball courts and associated equipment; Tennis Clubhouse and Pickleball Proshop/Restroom buildings; Metal Pavilion over fifteen pickleball courts; ADA accessible walkways and ramps; Concrete retaining walls; Parking lot expansion; Court lighting and associated electrical upgrades; Site furnishings, including fencing, shade structures and seating; and new plantings and irrigation. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the opening thereof.
