Pemberton Township Athletic Field Lighting Nesbit Sports Field Lighting. The purpose of this project is to construct and commission new sports field lighting for fields located at Nesbit Park & the Pemberton Township Athletic Complex. The Township has purchased field lighting from Musco Sports Lighting LLC. The Contractor is responsible for constructing all utilities and foundations, erecting & installing field lighting, and commissioning the lighting system. Only bidders that have provided their contact information will be allowed to submit bids. Please be advised that State funds through the Green Acres Program are being utilized in this project. By virtue of Executive Order # 34 (1976), vendors currently suspended, debarred or disqualified are excluded from participation on this project. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, Chapter 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (P.L. 1977, Chapter 33), requiring stockholder's and partnership names.
