The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified and professional Firms specializing in the design and construction of hardscape amenities in urban park settings including the design of a concrete pump park for community use. The Project will be divided into 2 tasks. For pricing purposes for this solicitation process, Firms shall presume a total project cost of $340,000.00. No additional funds will be available for this Project. This budget includes all soft costs even in not spend by the contractor. For example, any necessary construction testing will be conducted by the city and will be paid by the $340,000 construction budget.
