March 19, 2024 Last Date to Submit Questions The City reserves the right to conduct negotiations with the Offeror regarding any remaining issues provided that the general work scope remains the same and that the field of competition does not change as a result of material changes to the requirements stated in the RFQ. The City will make such modifications to the Contract Documents as it may determine, in the exercise of its sole discretion, to be necessary to fully incorporate the terms of the Offeror's Statement of Qualification, or to correct any inconsistencies, ambiguities, or errors that may exist in the Contract Documents. If, in the City's sole discretion, it determines that the highest qualified Offeror is not responsive to the negotiation process, negotiations are negatively impacting the project schedule, or that the parties will be unable to reach a mutually acceptable Contract, the City may terminate negotiations with the Offeror. The City will then continue the process of negotiation with the next highest qualified Offeror until the City either successfully negotiates a Contract or cancels the procurement.
Emphasis will be placed on past performance and expertise in performing substantive work on projects that are of Similar Scope and Complexity, as described in the definitions above. The City reserves the right to award more points to projects that have more of the characteristics set forth in the definition of Projects of Similar Scope and Complexity. The City also reserves the right to award more points to successful projects in which the Offeror, Team Members, and/or individual Key Team Members had substantial responsibility for their respective scopes of work. Describe the Team's past performance in successfully managing design-build (or a similar integrated delivery model) Projects of Similar Scope and Complexity that include management and communications of an integrated team of design consultants, specialty subcontractors, and trade contractors. Include a description of any issues or problems that arose on the projects and
how those issues or problems were resolved. All SOQs must be submitted pursuant to the instructions below. It is the Offeror's sole responsibility to ensure that the SOQ is delivered in the manner required by this RFQ by the Due Date and Time. The City has the right to reject any SOQs not properly delivered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
