Reference Number 0000343491 Delivery Point Greenmead Historical Park 20501 Newburgh, Livonia, MI 48152 Installation of fence shall include, but not limited to: 1. 8' x 330' Fixed Knot 12.5 ga 20/96/12 fencing, Deer Busters brand. 2. 12' T-Posts in green driven 3' into ground. If 12' t-posts cannot be sourced, 10' will be accepted, but must be denoted on quote documents. 3. T-posts shall be installed 20' apart. 4. Fence shall be attached to the T-Post using galvanized T-Post clips. 5. One pedestrian access gate shall be included on the north side and must be 5 feet wide. 6. One maintenance access gate shall be included on the east side and must be ten feet wide. 7. Final grades for the bottom of the fencing shall meet the existing top of ground elevation so as to not have gaps under the fencing. Minor adjustments in line and/or grade may be necessary in order to meet existing field conditions. It is the intent of this project to maintain the existing grades. 8. All disturbed areas shall be restored with 3" of topsoil. 9. Disposal of all excavated and removed materials is the responsibility of the contractor and they shall obtain their own dump sites. 10.Site must be cleaned of any debris after installation. 11.Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damage to existing utilities caused by their operations. 12.Contractor shall adequately protect existing trees from damage.
