The City will be purchasing the greenhouse kits and accessories. The general desired type of work is to have a contractor assemble and install these kits including but not limited to- 1 Poly-Carbonate Green House 26' x 12' x 72' and 2 high tunnel film green-houses 26' x 14' x 72' in size, per the specifications and requirements in this ITB. with the installation of required electrical and plumbing per building code. (This is for the property(s) included herein or in the documents related to this ITB). This bid is only for the installation and assembly of the greenhouses with additional work required as described including but not limited to footings for 2 hoop houses, slab for 1 polycarbonate greenhouse, plumbing and electrical for each greenhouse per building code Questions shall be e-mailed to rvwilson@wilsonnc.org by the date and time specified above. Contractors will enter ITB Title - Questions ITB as the subject for the email. Questions received prior to the submission deadline date (above ITB Schedule), the Purchasing Representative and any additional terms deemednecessary by the City of Wilson will be posted in the form of an addendum to the bid. Bid bonds are required for construction and repair projects in the State of North Carolina for ($500,000) and above When the total amount of contracts awarded for any one project exceeds three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000), a performance or payment bond is required per NCGS 44A26. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.
