The Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests, Supervisor's Office has a need for Furnace Repair Services. Please see attached Solicitation 1284LL24Q0016 for specific requirements. Please direct all questions to Anna.Leitzke@usda.gov Address questions about this solicitation by March 4, 2024 to Anna Leitzke at anna.leitzke@usda.gov Period of Performance: 03/15/2024-06/14/2024 Project HVAC Repair Services, Supervisor's Office, Kamiah, ID. 1008 HWY 64 Kamiah, ID 83536 This requisition is to cover all HVAC repair services includes but is not limited to labor, testing, and fluids for the unit replacement. Work entails: ordering through warrantee with LG both outdoor compressors, replacing and installing both compressors on the outdoor unit for the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system, replace 6 fan coil units, and replace fuses exceeding recommended motor circuit protector (MCP) rating. Installing new filters in clean up assembly, correcting piping issues, adding isolation valves for furthest fan coil (FC) unit. Conduct start-up testing and return system to operation, check air balance, and evaluate and repair wiring in HP4 indoor unit. The contractor will appraise the Government of the cooling unit's condition to correct operations. Contractor will also collect the oil from each compressor to evaluate systems oil quality and recommend any required corrections to piping, oil, and/or control wiring; inspect and evaluate HVAC system for overall system health and provide a detailed report of further recommendations per ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standards 180- 2018.
