Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Albans, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Cross Consulting Engineers has been asked by the owner to review all bids vs the engineer's estimate. This project consists of the construction of a new city street and sidewalk along with the installation and replacement of underground utilities. Completion date is October 30, 2024. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidders must provide their UEI number with their bids. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Cross Consulting Engineers, PC. All questions shall be referred to the Engineer at pgarceau@crossconsultingengineers.com. Deadline for questions is end of day Thursday, March 7, 2024. Bidders may inspect the work at any time.
