Tenders are being accepted for loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 10,000 cubic yards of aggregate gravel for the 2024 season. Gravel pit is located at SW 13 12 10 W3M. Tenders must include: - Haul Rates for Gravel, Reject and Pit Run (Rock) ($/yd/mile) - Loading Rates for Gravel, Reject and Pit Run ($/yd) - Any additional surcharges or mobilization charges - Proof of current liability insurance - Expected Start and Completion dates In addition, there will be gravel hauling delivered to ratepayers yards. Gravel program typically starts June until end of October (weather permitting). Must comply with weight restrictions and haul legal loads. The selected contractor will be required to carry a minimum of $2,000,000 in liability insurance, and have Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Coverage. The lowest tender may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders
