the Woodbury City Board of Education, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey, is requesting proposals to provide landscaping services for the Woodbury City Public School District for the 2023-2024 and partial 2024-2025 school year. All questions concerning this notice should be addressed in writing to Nancy McCabe, Boones Administrator/Board Secretary to the above address. Woodbury City Board of Education reserves the right to reject any proposals, pursuant to N.J.S.A. (t), (x), (y), N.J.S.A. and N.J.S.A. and to minor informalities or nonmaterial exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the District. Proposals are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of Education also reserves the right to reject any proposals if they are over the bid threshold of $44,000. The district intends to enter into a contract with the successful Proposer incorporating ail provisions of the Request for Proposal. By submitting a Proposal, the Proposer is agreeing to enter into such a contract if they are awarded the work Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope/package and clearly marked with the Title of Proposal on the front of the envelope/package. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate on the submittal forms as provided, and in the manner designated. The District requires one original and one duplicate copy of the proposal package.
