Renew America's Schools Grant project at Austin ISD. The successful respondent will ensure
successful project coordination, implementation, completion, and reporting. This includes but is not
limited to:
Construction Project Management: Install rooftop solar and/or BAS at 16 schools. See Appendix
A for a list of schools and technologies.
Perform site visits and communicate with campus and district staff.
Serve as owner's representative throughout the entire project, including design phase,
procurement, construction and closeout which includes managing the scope, budget,
schedule and communications with all stakeholders.
Request proposal from appropriate pre-approved AISD design professional, assist with
contract negotiations and execution for construction and installation, and serve as
owner's representative during design.
Conduct bidding process and help with contract award process and execution.
