SCOPE OF PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES Preconstruction Phase Services will be provided under the terms contained in the CM/GC Contract and paid for on a cost-reimbursement basis with an established maximum not-to-exceed limit. The specific scope of Preconstruction Phase Services is identified in Article 3 of the CM/GC Contract. The selected CM/GC shall perform the following Preconstruction Phase Services: 1. Refer to Appendix A (University of Oregon CM/GC Contract), Article 3.1 for the full scope of Preconstruction Services required under this contract. SCOPE OF CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES If the CM/GC Contract is amended to include Construction Phase Services, those services will generally be provided under the terms of the CM/GC Contract (Appendix A), UO General Conditions (part of Appendix A) and Supplemental General Conditions (Appendix A). The Owner will require the successful CM/GC to make subcontracting efforts on behalf of minority-owned, women-owned, and emerging small businesses in compliance with UO Policies and Procedures.
