The RM of Redburn No. 130 is requesting bids from interested parties wishing to custom crush Type 106 - 7/8 inch traffic gravel at the RM Gravel Pit located at NE 27-18-24-W2M. It is expected that the amount of finished gravel product will be a minimum of 60,000 cubic yards. , to a gradation identified in the attached table. Total figures quoted must reflect the total cost, in Canadian Funds, to the RM of Redburn No. 130. G.S.T. must be listed separately but must be included in Total Bid Price. The successful bidder shall supply all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools, and all other things necessary to perform the work as specified herein. Any Correspondence by email shall be directed to rm130@sasktel.net A Bidder may, without prejudice to them self, withdraw their unopened bid after it has been deposited at the office of the RM of Redburn No. 130, if it is prior to the closing date and time The RM of Redburn No. 130 will normally award contracts to the lowest competent Bidder meeting the required specifications. However, the RM retains the right to reject any or all Tenders/Quotations/Proposals and to take into consideration past performance of bidders on similar contracts, both in and out of the RM of Redburn No. 130 and such other factors the RM considers relevant including timing of services to be provided. The RM reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender, at any time, before the execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the RM of Redburn No. 130. The successful bidder shall supply a Performance Bond in the amount of $20,000.00 within twenty-one (21) days of receiving notification of their successful bid. The full amount will be returned if the project is complete by the specified date.
