As of May 22, 2026, construction is underway. They started on May 11, 2026, and they are currently clearing and grubbing the site. Plans call for the phased construction of a manufacturing hub. Phase 1 scope includes the construction of three buildings comprised of a 50,000 square foot stand-alone building and two 100,000 square foot multi-tenant buildings designed for small to medium size manufacturers.
