Site work for a water / sewer project in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Proposal consist of furnishing and delivery of the specified equipment (referred to as Goods) to the point of destination, including performance of special services at the site in conjunction with installation of the Goods by others as part of the Buyer's construction program, all in accordance with the Proposal Documents. Envelopes shall be plainly marked: "WWTP Improvements - Equipment Procurement, Muskogee, Oklahoma - 2024." Each Proposal must be made on the Bid Form furnished and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid amount, made payable to the Muskogee Municipal Authority. The check or draft may be cashed by the City asliquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract within the fifteen (15) days after Notice of Award and post bond satisfactory to the City ensuring the faithful fulfillment of the contract. The successful biddershallsupply a Performance Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed in the State of Oklahoma in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price as part of his contract. A Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price will also be required from the successful bidder. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in proposals submitted.
