Charles St. Drainage Project Charles St. will need to be closed from the intersection of Carolina Ave and Charles to Academy St. and Charles Street. The portion of Charles St. where the existing pipe is in place will need to be opened to remove the existing pipe and reinstall 32'ft of RCP pipe. There will be 2 catch basins to be built on both sides of Charles St. Demo approximately 32' Feet of 72' RCP and approximately 140ft of 72' corrugated metal pipe in existing Charles Street drainage system. 32' Rep, 220' HDPE, 3 Catch basins to be built. Approximately 220'ft of 72' HDPE pipe will be installed beginning at the south side of Charles St at the new catch basin and installed into the ditch ending at the Carolina Ave at catch basin also to be constructed. All work must meet SC DOT specifications. The Successful Bidder Shall Supply a Performance Bond Executed by a Corporate Surety Licensed in the State of Oklahoma in an Amount Equal to 100 Percent of the Contract Price as Part of His Contract. A Payment Bond in the Amount of 100 Percent of the Contract Price Will Also Be Required From the Successful Bidder. No Proposal May Be Withdrawn Within a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Date Fixed for Proposal Opening. The City of Muskogee Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals and to Waive Informalities in Proposals Submitted.
