Packages Previously Awarded: 1 Sitework, Site Utilities, & Landscaping 2 Concrete Foundations, Floors, & Pavement 3 Structural Steel & Erection 4 Masonry 5 General Trades 6 Glass & Glazing 7 Roofing & Sheet Metal 8 Flooring & Tile 9 Fire Sprinkler 10 Plumbing & HVAC 11 Electrical, Communications, & Technology 12 Asbestos Abatement 13 Kitchen Equipment Bids must be on a lump sum basis. Work to commence on or about June 10th, 2024 and be substantially complete in accordance with the Construction Manager Master Schedule contained in the Project Manual. Notice of Award will be issued within 45 days of the receipt of the bids.
