The first mowing shall start approximately June 3,2024, and be completed by July 3,2024. The second mowing shall start approximately Septembers, 2024, and be completed by October 7, 2024.

Each renewal to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Pricing, terms and conditions of the first year of the contract will remain the same for any subsequent one-year renewal period.
