Renovation of a water / sewer project in Seneca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, superintendence, and skill to recoat/paint the interior and exterior of the 1,000,000 Kashong water storage tank located at Kashong Switch Road in the Town of Seneca. Other exterior improvements are also proposed. On that date, Contractor shall start performing its obligations under the Contract Documents. No Work shall be done at the Site prior to such date. In accordance with the Agreement, the number of days to achieve Substantial Completion is 60, and the number of days to achieve readiness for final payment is 90 The Town of Geneva, Ontario County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. New York State certified MWBE participation goals for this contract are 30%
