The Fulton County Schools invites you to submit a bid for furnishing any or all items as listed on the solicitation forms provided herein for S.L. Lewis Elementary School Replacement - Demolition Package. Bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the lump sum base bid shall accompany each bid. Surety issuing the bid bond shall meet the requirements set forth in Articles 5.10 of the General Conditions. A pre-bid conference will be held in accordance with Section 00325. The bidder is responsible for ensuring that they have complete bidding documents including all addenda provided by the OWNER, prior to the bid due date. THIS PROJECT WILL CONSISTS OF THE DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDING, SITE FEATURES AND UTILITIES. THE SITE WILL THEN BE ROUGHLY GRADED AND GRASS INSTALLED. EXISTING TREES AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PONDS WILL REMAIN.
