Renovation of a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
ECSD is requesting submissions from qualified and capable proponents to provide mechanical contracting services for the Lumen Christi Mechanical Upgrade project. This RFQ will identify potential proponents to manage a phased mechanical upgrade in ECSD's Lumen Christi building. ECSD desires to qualify three (3) to five (five) firms. ECSD the sole determiner of the prequalified proponents. The project includes: Phase 1 (2024) 1. Structural repairs and preventative maintenance to the parkade 2. Parkade ventilation upgrade Phase 2 (2024) 1. Boiler replacement (2024) 2. Heat exchanger and piping replacement (timing based on lead time) Phase 3 (2024-25) 1. Structural Roof Upgrades for AHU prep (2024) 2.
