Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lafayette, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 23, 2024, a contractor has been selected for this project. It is anticipated that construction will begin in June 2024 and finish in early August 2024. BUILDING ENVELOPE Repair/replace deteriorating areas of roof and roof components Replace select skylights Repair damaged soffits Replace building caulking where necessary BUILDING SYSTEMS Update obsolete HVAC controls INFRASTRUCTURE/SITE Repair/replace exterior concrete (curbs and gutters) Add/replace playground equipment Traffic circulation improvements SAFETY/CODE Address various ADA needs Update fire protection system INTERIOR SPACE IMPROVEMENT Interior finish improvements such as flooring, paint, and ceilings Bond 2024 *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
