Renovation of an educational facility in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. Scope of work at the Carey Building and the Annex at Massachusetts Bay Community College located at 50 Oakland Street, Wellesley, MA, generally involves targeted replacement and/or modification of existing secondary electrical panels and related work, including but not limited to new secondary panels where indicated, all costs associated with premium time and temporary power provisions required to avoid service interruptions to users and/or critical building systems required for occupancy, as well any other premium time required to meet project completion dates. B. Bidders shall be aware that the Carey Building and the Annex are occupied buildings used year-long by the College community. Refer to SPECIAL PROVISIONS TO THE CONTRACT for additional information.
