The Project includes the following Work Construction of a 1,000 GPM water supply well. The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and tools, and performing all work necessary for complete construction and testing of one (1) water supply well and accessories as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. All facilities shall be rendered fully operational prior to final acceptance. All construction shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Mississippi State Department of Health, AWWA, and any other applicable federal, state, or local regulations. All well drillers shall be licensed by the Office of Land and Water Resources of the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality to drill wells in the State of Mississippi.
