Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gurnee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project includes: health and life safety renovations including architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm work at two (2) building sites. Additional Doc Acq Note: Prospective bidder may choose to purchase hard copies of the Bidding Documents from American Reprographics Company at their own expense. There is no cost to download the drawings, however, prospective bidders must provide all requested information when completing the download process in order that they will receive proper updates. Prospective bidder may choose to purchase hard copies of the Bidding Documents from American Reprographics Company at their own expense. The successful bidder is required to pay the general prevailing wage for work as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, and shall submit certified payroll records, in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and shall comply with all applicable Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before July 19, 2024.
