Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Belvidere, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Approximate Major Work Items Include: 1. Demolition, Roofing, Flashing, Carpentry and Gutters Specifications and Form of Bid, Contract, and Bond Are on File and May Be Inspected and Obtained at the Office of Marie Watters, Purchasing Agent, Wayne Dumont Jr., Administration Building, 165 County Route 519 South, Belvidere, NJ 07823. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Warren County Treasurer's Office, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids. The Contractor is put on notice that he must pay workers the prevailing wage rates promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry for this project, pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et. seq.). All bidders must comply with the requirements of P. L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (Affirmative Action); P. L. 1977, C. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) (Stockholder Disclosure Certification); P. L. 2003, C. 91 (The Public Works Contractor Registration Act) and P. L. 2004, C. 57 (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) (Contractor Business Registration Act).
