Cunningham Park (35 Kevin Crescent, Thornton) It is the Township's intention to provide new playground equipment, complete with new safety surface treatment, (EWF) with drainage cloth and Safety rubber flooring including the provision of playground equipment that is Inclusive (AODA compliant). The Cunningham Park Playground design is to include the following work to be completed within an approximate budget of $240,000, excluding HST. 1. Provide (EWF) safety surface with drainage cloth and safety rubber flooring as needed. 2. Supply and install new junior and senior play structure that is inclusive, complete with safety surface treatment. 3. Supply and install all footings, bases, and/or anchors for the proposed equipment. 4. All safety surface treatment is to be a minimum 175 mm in depth or as specified by the supplier. 5. Prepare as-constructed drawings for the site. Earl Cunningham Park (3 Henry Street, Thornton) It is the Township's intention to provide a new slide, complete The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (the "Ministry") invites proposals from qualified Proponents demonstrating that they have the specialized knowledge, skills, and experience in the fields of pavement management and pavement surface condition evaluation to support the Ministry on an "as and when requested" basis to: Support the administration of the Ministry's pavement condition survey program; Perform quality control of the data returned by the Ministry's Pavement Condition Survey Contractor; and Provide ad-hoc support to the Ministry's pavement management program. A separate contract exists for the collection of pavement condition data. There must be an 'arm's length' relationship between the successful proponent of this RFP and the successful proponent of the pavement condition survey RFP.
