Please include with your bid complete warranty information and proposed start date. The following specifications detail the design and extent of the proposed work. The work shall consist of Milling, Shim and Overlay Paving using the latest edition of Maine DOT's standard specifications. All structures in the road shall be lowered before milling and raised to meet finish grade. The work shall consist of constructiong a Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement using designated mix types for the roadways, sidewalks and parking lots as proposed in the bid tabulation section. All work shall be constructed as outlined in this contract and as directed by the Municipal Representative. Mechanic St., Church St., Cherry St, Griffin St., Enterprise Drive, Commerce St., and Prescot St. all need to be 100% complete by June 15th, 2024. B. All of the remaining streets need to be 100% complete by September 15th, 2024.
