Chemical to be supplied shall be 25% Active Sodium Chlorite. 2. City of Canon City Water Treatment Plant's supply shall comply with A.W.W.A. Standard B303-00. 3. Chemical supplied must meet ANSI/NSF 60 Certification for drinking water. 4. Trucks delivering Sodium Chlorite must have proper equipment to completely empty trucks. Gravity unloading will not be accepted. The City of Canon City Water Treatment Plant will be purchasing 40,000 pounds of Sodium Chlorite for 2024. Agreement may be extended for three (3) additional one-year terms, if, and only if, both parties agree to EITHER NO PRICE INCREASE or a price increase at the beginning of each renewal term, not to exceed the Denver area Consumer Price Index for the current year of the Price Agreement.
