IFB - Bradford Building Pump 2 Replacement. The CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of a 12-month warranty with an option for a 60-month
warranty on all materials and workmanship beginning on the date of project completion. A 5% bid bond is not required for this project. A Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for this project. Vendor is cautioned that any information released to attendees during the site visit, other than that involving the physical aspects of the facility referenced above, and which conflicts with, supersedes, or adds to requirements in this invitation for bid, must be confirmed by written addendum before it can be considered to be a part of this bid. Vendors invited to submit bids are urged to have a representative present at the site visit and appraise themselves of the conditions and requirements which will affect the performance of the work called for by this invitation for bid. isolation valves and remove and dispose of existing PACO split-case base mounted
pump.
Contractor to demolish existing concrete pad and prepare slab for installation of
replacement pump.
Contractor to provide all labor and materials necessary to install a new Bell & Gosset
double suction split-case pump Series e-HSC Model 4x6x12 in accordance with
manufacturer's specifications. Installation must include all electrical, control, and piping
necessary. Manufacturer's specs attached.
