Proposals From Firms With Expertise in Civil Engineering Design. This will be an on-call type contract for up to $1,000,000. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work that will be directed to the consultant as a result of the contract that will be awarded pursuant to this RFQ. The City may select two consultants as a result of this RFQ. Period of Performance The Period of Performance of the Contract Resulting From This Rfq is Tentatively Scheduled to Begin on or About May 1, 2024, and to End on April 30, 2026, With an Optional One-year Extension The City Reserves the Right to Revise the Above Schedule. Funding Any Contract Awarded as a Result of This Procurement is Contingent Upon the Availability of Funding. A Portion of the Funding for This Project May Come From State or Federal Sources. Where Applicable, the Contract Awarded as a Result of This Procurement Will Incorporate the Requirements of State or Federal Funding Programs. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
