William A. Switzer Provincial Park is the main gateway to the northern Canadian Rockies. The park includes three day use areas (Gregg Lake, Jarvis Lake & Kelley's Bathtub), five campgrounds (Cache Lake, Graveyard Lake, Gregg Lake, Jarvis Lake & Halfway) and two group use camping areas (Beaver Ranch & Pine Bay). These sites were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s and have not been updated since that time. There is also a maintenance yard (Jarvis Lake Maintenance Yard) with several aging buildings that have reached their end-of-life. The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from suitably qualified Proponents who demonstrate sufficient experience and qualification to provide an assessment report with conceptual design, and prepare Class D cost estimates for all identified recommendations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
