Site work and renovation of a civil project in Princeton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the construction of the Princeton Water System Improvements: Water Tower Rehabilitation will generally include the following: 1. Taking the existing elevated tower off line, draining, repairing any damaged or thin areas of steel, sand blasting, painting, filling and disinfecting. The exterior shall be sandblasted and painted, and the interior both sandblasted and painted. 2. Installing a tank mixing system for continuous mechanical mixing in the tower. Questions on the Bid Documents from general contractors and sub-contractors will be answered by the Macon, MO office of the Consulting Engineer. All questions must be submitted using the Request for Information Form (RFI) included in the specifications to Susan Copenhaver of the consulting engineer via e-mail at scopenhaver@mecresults.com. . Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
