This project is complete removal and replacement of the existing Cooling Towers and exterior piping systems including all aspects of the project. The existing concrete support structure shall be used for the new cooling towers with modifications by installing new steel supports on top of concrete. The condenser water chemical treatment systems shall remain without modification, however this project does include the addition of a spare chemical treatment controller and three chemical feed metering pumps to be provided as spares. Failure to substantially complete the Project by the, date of Substantial Completion, as specified in the Contract, will result in damage to the State of Oregon.
