Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. OSHA Certification required. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) policies of the Town of Barnstable are applicable. The Fair Share construction requirement for this project is a minimum of 10.4% combined MBE/WBE participation by state certified MBEs and WBEs. General bidders must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the category of Primary: Historical Building Restoration and Secondary: Historical Masonry General bids shall be accompanied by a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility for the category, and an Update Statement. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 Laws as amended, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws.
