As of May 23, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Last day to submit questions is 3/6/24 no later than Noon. Questions shall be submitted in writing through the Vendor Discussion section of the online portal. It is the Bidders' sole responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Bonfire Online Procurement Portal requirements and submission process. Virtual Bid Opening Via ZOOM. 5% Bid Bond required. 100% Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond required. Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. OSHA Certification required. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) policies of the Town of Barnstable are applicable. The Fair Share construction requirement for this project is a minimum of 10.4% combined MBE/WBE participation by state certified MBEs and WBEs. General bidders must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the category of Primary: Historical Building Restoration and Secondary: Historical Masonry General bids shall be accompanied by a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility for the category, and an Update Statement. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 Laws as amended, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town.
