The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for replacement of existing asphalt parking lot with concrete parking lot at Iowa State Patrol Post #3 at 2025 Hunt Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on November 22, 2024 and end on May 15, 2025. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
