The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required to install the site protection measures at each school and renovate the existing asphalt roadway at the Beaver Main Elementary School. The Asphalt restoration will include 1 Mill and Overlay, Full Depth Replacement, and line striping. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply.
