**As of April 30, 2024, the project was awarded to Traffic Safety Services Inc., with an awarded amount of $262,716.92.** The results and final disposition of the bid opening will be presented to the County Commission on Monday, March 18, 2024, beginning approximately at 5:00 PM (Local Time), in the Tom Baker room of the City/County building, for the following item: Project No. 1003(24) Burleigh County Roadway Striping 2024 PVMT MK PAINTED 4IN LINE (YELLOW) is based on an overall average of 4,500 LF per mile. b. PVMT MK PAINTED 4IN LINE (WHITE) is based on an overall average of 10,560 LF of white edge line per mile. c. PVMT MK PAINTED 8IN LINE (WHITE) is based on an actual total LF in miles to be painted. d. PVMT MK PAINTED-MESSAGE (WHITE ARROW) consists of 106 straight, turn and combination arrows and should be bid on an average size of 14 SF. e. PVMT MK PAINTED 24IN LINE (STOP BAR) consists of 62 stop bars and should be bid on an average size of 12 LF. f. PVMT MK PAINTED-ROUNDABOUT each roundabout contains edge line, splitter island divider line, 4 x triangular yield markers. Average of 15,000 LF of 4in line g. PVMT MK PAINTED-GORE is based on an average of 10 LF per SY. All materials and procedures will be in accordance with the NDDOT Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction dated April, 2023, and all supplemental material. Bids shall be submitted on the Burleigh County Bid form which is available at the Burleigh County Project Website. Bid packets will consist of two separate envelopes - a large envelope and a small envelope (plainly marked as "Project No. 1003(24) Burleigh County Roadway Striping 2024" on the outside of each). The small separate envelope, attached to the outside of the large envelope, shall contain Contractor's license or certificate of renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State as required by Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code as amended and a bidder's bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount bid as required by Section 48-01.2-10, North Dakota Century Code, as amended and executed as provided by law. The larger envelope shall contain the bid on the County's bid form. All bids must be upon the basis of cash payment for the work and materials. The successful bidder must submit evidence of general liability insurance coverage prior to award of bid. Bids should be mailed or delivered to: County Auditor/treasurer, P.O.
