Request For Proposals (RFP) - On-Call Automatic Gate, Door and Access Control Repair Services Provide on-call repair services or automatic doors, overhead doors, automatic gates, access control components, and associated equipment. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws. The City of Stockton encourages local Stockton firms to propose this project, and the City encourages proposers to use local Stockton firms as subconsultants. Accordingly, the Local Business Preference Ordinance applies to this project. This project is subject to the requirements of the City's Local Employment Ordinance. A contract will be awarded to the proposer who best meets the needs of the City, provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton.
