Reference Number 0000343737 A complete Scope of Work is included in this Request for Proposal as Exhibit A. The City of Jacksonville is requesting bids for an on-call service to service and repair water and wastewater pumps and motors. This on-call service will be used as needed by the City of Jacksonville and its affiliates. Periodically, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune may engage the City to utilize these pump and motor repair services. Selection of proposals shall be based on qualifications and capabilities of the company submitting a proposal. Considerations shall include the type, size and brand of pumps and motors services. Proposed services shall include, but not be limited to: calibration, meter repair, impellor servicing, maintenance programs, technical support, etc. Hourly rates shall be submitted for the types of services offered for consideration. Hourly rates shall include all associated costs incurred while servicing, removing, troubleshooting and/or reinstalling wastewater pumps or motors. Quotes for repair costs will be provided to the City upon activation of this contract and shall be based on actual work to be performed. The City may select more than one vendor and provides no guarantees whatsoever concerning the total amount of work to be done under this contract.
