DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK This Request for Tenders (the "RFT") is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the "Region"), on behalf itself, the Corporation of the Town of Georgina, the Corporation of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the "Participating Agencies"), to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Asphalt Material Supply Services In addition to the Region, the following members of the YPC are Participating Agencies in the CRFT: Town of Georgina Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Town of Richmond Hill MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Bidders shall upload the documentation required under this Part C in the document upload field titled: o Attachment 1 - AC Content Weight Table; o Attachment 2 - Plant or Depot Location Information; and o Attachment 3 - Provisional Items - Cost Per Tonne Kilometer o Attachment 4 - High Performance Cold Mix Specification Sheet Accommodation requests under AODA should be directed to York Region Procurement Office at 1-877-464-9675 ext. 71900 or email purchasing@york.ca.
