Quantities listed in these specifications are approximate and are not guaranteed by the University. The University reserves the right to increase or reduce quantity as needed if in the best interest of the University. Bid Bonds: If a bid bond is required, a bid bond must be submitted for each separate bid response. The bid bond shall be in an amount equal to 5% of the bid price submitted and alternates, if any.
