Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Gibson City, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
All labor, materials, and equipment for blacktop paving for the parking lots and walkway repair located at 213 W. 15th Street (Site 1) and 126 W. 15th Street (Site 2), Gibson City Illinois. Site 1: Approximately 2,450 square feet of site preparation and application of 1.5" of N50 binder and 1.5" of N50 asphalt. Site 2: Removal of 6" of material, install 6" CA base (approximately 277 square yards), shape and compact course material, apply 2" hot mix asphalt (approximately 344 square yards). Blacktop Parking Lot / Walkway Paving and Repair The Board of Education Reserves the Right to Set Aside a Bid From a Contractor Who, in the District's Opinion, Does Not Exhibit Past Experience Equal to the Size and Scope of This Project, or Who Does Not Submit a Bid Per the Specifications. The Board Reserves the Right, in Its Sole Discretion,to Waive Any Technical Irregularities in the Bid Process or Technical Non-con Formities in the Bids Received. Any Such Decision Shall Be Considered Final. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works Are Subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 Ilcs 130/1-12).
